The EcoTrail Paris® opens its registrations!

Committed since its creation in reducing its emissions to fight against global warming climate, the EcoTrail Paris® is the pioneering event for eco-responsible practices in sport. By example, the organization has considerably reduced waste by making the reusable cup mandatory and the waste pocket for all participants regardless of the race format. These are also 1.8 tonnes of CO2 emissions avoided, i.e. the equivalent of a Paris-New York return trip, with the provision of “responsible” food supplies or 47 kg of CO2 emissions avoided thanks to food donations and recovery of textiles recovered by EcoTrail Paris® teams in the field. For this 14th edition, the program promises to be rich, diverse and very varied in more summer conditions than in previous years.

The weather may be better in July for all participants; but the experience will always be there with 5 courses on the program. The courses in the forest will have a completely different aspect, a new atmosphere for guaranteed sensations.

After a particularly chaotic year 2020, the organization is eager to meet the runners on the EcoTrail Paris® routes.

The novelty of the 2020 edition (which could not take place) reappears, with the new race: the 10km trail. This novelty will allow many runners to engage in trail running and to discover a discipline that is convincing more and more each year.

Registrations opened from Thursday March 4 at 12 noon. Already more than 5,000 runners have registered (postponement of their 2020 participation) and the organization hopes to be able to refuel in 2021.

Despite the health context, the organization is pleased to announce that Thuasne has chosen to continue its support for EcoTrail® Paris by renewing its partnership for this 2021 edition. Thuasne will once again put its know-how at the service of athletes by accompanying them in their preparation until D-Day. In this very special period, mutual aid and the protection of people are major objectives. Thus, Thuasne will equip volunteers and members of the EcoTrail Paris® organization with barrier masks.
